Returns

We accept returns on furniture and products that are unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be free of damage, stains, or alterations and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Deposits and shipping fees are non-refundable. Ship items to 114 N. Maple Ave., Pierre, SD 57501.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, please notify us at support@homesteadhandcraftedwoodworks.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide photos and details so we can quickly resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or other appropriate means.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned products. Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, less any applicable shipping and restocking fees. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Exclusions

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Sale, clearance, or “final sale” items are also excluded from returns and refunds.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseeable events. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
