About Us
I’m a Navy Veteran with an MBA, and woodworking is my true passion. I specialize in creating custom wooden furniture and decor from my home workshop, where I take great pride in every piece I make. There’s something incredibly satisfying about transforming raw wood into beautiful, functional art. Each project challenges my skills, expresses creativity, and achieves a sense of accomplishment knowing that what I build will be cherished for years to come. With the encouragement of my wife and family, I’m thrilled to share my craft and creations with others.
My Christian faith is at the heart of everything I do—both in my woodshop and in life. I believe in working with honesty, integrity, and care, treating every project (and every person I meet) with respect and kindness. Each piece I create is not just about craftsmanship, but about serving others and sharing the values that matter most to me.
I have a day job that keeps me busy, but woodworking is how I find balance and joy outside of that. When I’m not in the shop, you’ll find me fishing, spending quality time with my family, and being actively involved in my church. I also really enjoy exploring the food scene, sampling craft beers, and traveling whenever I get the chance. Woodworking isn’t just a hobby or job for me—It’s a blessing to be able to use my gifts to bring joy and meaning to others, one custom creation at a time.

Custom Orders
At Homestead Handcrafted Woodworks, every custom-made order is made to fit your vision and needs. Here’s how it works:
Start the Conversation
- Reach out with your idea or request. We’ll discuss your preferred style, dimensions, finish, and any special details you’d like included.
Order Confirmation & Deposit
- Once all the details are set, we’ll confirm your order and collect a 50% deposit. This deposit secures your place on our workshop schedule and allows us to gather the right materials just for your project.
Handcrafted for You
- Your project is crafted with care, using quality materials and traditional woodworking techniques. We’ll keep you updated on progress as we work.
Completion & Pickup/Delivery
- When your piece is finished, we’ll let you know it’s ready for pickup or delivery. At this stage, the remaining balance is due before your handcrafted item heads home.

I work a full day job, so most of my woodworking magic happens during evenings and weekends—my “creative hours,” if you will! When I can’t get to emails or calls, my amazing wife steps in as my detail person, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so I can focus on turning wood into something special.
